PRINCIPLES:
Under the Health and Safety at work order, employees have duties to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others and to co-operate with the employer to comply with the requirements of the health, safety & environment at work place.

The Management of Health and Safety at work:
This smoking policy seeks to gurantee all employees that right to work in smoke free environment i.e. Cigarette, tobacco smoke etc. Premises will be designated smoke-free with adequate signage to inform all employees and visitor of the smoke-free status of the building.

Common Areas:
Smoking is not permitted in areas like Corridors, Stairways, Lunch Room, Toilets, Reception, Enterances.

Work Areas:
Smoking is not permitted in any work area. This applies to all offices and work areas, whether occupied by one person, or shared by two or more.

Implementation and Enforcement of the Policy:
  • Directors / Supervisors will be responsible for the promotion and maintainence of the policy bye their staff.
  • Visitors not adhering to the policy will be asked to comply or leave the premises.
  • No Smoking Board are displayed in all areas of Hans Raj Mahajan Worldwide.

Working Hours: 8 hours
Overtime: No overtime as per Govt. rules.

Our quality system provides ffor the identification, documentation, evaluation, segregat5ion documentation of non conforming product. Every department, wherever required, have a separate area for nonconforming products.
All such products are duly checked and placed in that area only.
If a product is reworks, it must undergo all required inspections and tests as well as any additional inspection or testing required.

If anybody found that the proof he for age fake and he and he was actually below 18 year’s at the joining the company, his service shall be terminated.All personnel hired by Hans Raj Mahajan Worldwide will go through a background check to ensure no criminal record is there.
If any criminal recored is found then the employee will be terminated.

Time worked ed above 48 hours is paid double time and Sunday is off day. All time worked on a holiday is paid at double time in addition to receiving holiday pay. All employees are provided with a monthly pay record explaining deductions taken, hours worked, and pay computations withheld.

  • Any worker taking any sharp objects (Needle, scissors, black knife) will have to sign on the issuance register with date and time.
  • No new object will be given to a worker unless he gives back the old object taken by him.
  • When any old object is returned, the worker will sign on the issuance register.
    If any sharp object breaks, the worler with reurn the broken pieces to the supervisor.
